Service Description

Experience a deep connection with nature through a guided session with Sylvotherapy techniques, nervous system regulation, and energy work in clearing your aura and emptying your mind. Through activating all of our senses, our voice, and our bodies we will remember the ancient ways and wisdom in having a deep relationship with the land and this planet that we come from, and return to. These sessions are geared toward those struggling with anxiety, depression, over-active mind, and other nervous system disregulation. While it is ideal to have these session in person, out in nature, completely surrounded by trees, Jess is trained to guide sessions virtually as well, making this technique accessible for all people.
