Jess Lofton is a certified herbalist through the Dandelion Herbal Center in Kneeland, CA, carrying the teachings and lineages of Jane Bothwell and Rosemary Gladstar. Trained in traditional shamanic techniques and apprenticed under many incredible teachers like Sam Silver, a medicine man and plant journey facilitator based in Denver, CO and Misty Dickerson, a quantum medicine woman and coach based in Humboldt, CA.
Jess weaves all of her lessons and learnings together and brings a grounded presence and authentic joy into her rituals and offerings.

For over a decade, she has woven her path in yoga, astrology, shamanic journeying, human design, quantum exploration, and herbalism into offerings that support slowing down, quieting the mind, and returning to the wisdom of the body. She has created her own language around these modalities and utilizes that expression to help guide women and communities in attuning to cosmic cycles and their own unique blueprints, presence, resilience, and remembrance.

Her work has taken shape through women’s circles, retreats, ecstatic dance, natural farming workshops, guided nature walks, herbal teachings, and plant medicine ceremonies ~ always rooted in her devotion to nature and the intelligence it carries. At the heart of her mission is helping others reconnect with their innate belonging: to the earth, to their bodies, to the infinite mystery, and to each other.
